Days and Times

Hatha Yoga – Thursdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Hatha practices balance stretching and strengthening, mind and body, energizing and relaxing poses. This class is accessible to beginners but also offers options for more experienced practitioners to challenge themselves.

Chair Yoga – Fridays 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Gentle stretching, strengthening and relaxation period. Great for anyone who sits while working throughout the day, or is dealing with limitations that make a floor practice inappropriate at this time. You’ll be amazed at the workout you will get while seated or standing beside a chair!

Rise & Shine – Saturdays 12:30 p.M – 1:30 P.M

Prepare for the weekend by gently stretching connective tissue with Yin Yoga. We’ll build energy, strength, balance and flexibly. We’ll end with a moment of peace. Accessible to all levels.
