Nick Bradshaw, LMT

Nick came to massage during a period of growth when he was looking for lasting change in his body as well as his mind and spirit. While working as a veterinary technician, he stumbled upon the California Academy for the Healing Arts, a school that offered massage and energy healing. After finishing their 500 hour program he left the vet world to pursue the idea that it IS possible to live a life in the present moment, free of pain, and free to do the things you want to do.

He has studied a number of different modalities including Deep Tissue, Energywork, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Sound Therapy, Hypnosis, Reiki, and Reflexology. Pulling from all of these, he creates a space where the patient can fully relax and let go.

A massage session with Nick involves a variety of slow deep tissue work with an emphasis on releasing fascial tissue. While Nick works with a range of injuries, he has worked extensively with hip balancing and head and neck pain. Nick is able to adapt to the needs of his patients, and his fascial work can be very light or deeper as needed. Energywork sessions are more focused on the energetic body and learning to let go. A session may include elements of craniosacral, sound therapy, crystal gridding, and a number of other modalities chosen specifically for the person being treated. For more information click here.

Outside of work he spends time with his wife Jenna and their dog Olive. He also practices yoga and spends his time making art and playing music.
